Terms of Service

By accessing or using Empire Marketing Studios' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Empire Marketing Studios provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Social media marketing and management
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Web design and development
• Photography and videography
• Content creation
• Digital advertising campaigns

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Provide access to necessary accounts and platforms
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Certain projects may require upfront deposits

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify it as necessary to provide our services.

Our Work Product

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in your service agreement. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Materials

Any third-party materials (stock photos, fonts, plugins, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licensing terms.

We will maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared with us during the course of our business relationship. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However:

• We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
• Website performance may be affected by factors beyond our control
• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empire Marketing Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• You will be billed for work completed to date
• We will provide work product for paid services
• Access credentials and materials will be returned or destroyed

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
